Balloon Glow Encounter offers you and 3 others an opportunity to enter the Glow Encounter Area 1 hour prior to balloon glow (around dusk) and watch the show from inside the Glow Encounter area (restricted to the public). 1 Ticket includes 1 parking pass for the entire day of ticket purchased, 4 beverages, Glow Encounter area entry for 4 people (1 hour prior to glow) and 4 official BalloonFest souvenirs. Balloon Glow is weather permitting. No refunds. Ticket purchase will become a tax-deductible donation upon request should weather ground balloons. Add-on tickets available if more that 4 tickets needed.

With your Glow Encounter Pass you will receive reserved parking for the day of the Ticket purchased.

Come take a ride with us during the 2026 Flag City Balloon Festival August 7th-9th.  Skycan is the exclusive Provider of paid hot air balloon rides at our event.  If you would like to take a full balloon ride or know someone who would, you must register ahead of time.  Click on the link below to get more information, schedule and pay for ahead of time.

Have kids that want to jump around in the inflatables at Flag City Balloonfest?   You can purchase a bounds house wrist band ahead of time and make it easier once you get there.  Tickets can be purchased for Friday Night, Saturday or both days.  Click this link fo rmore informaiton and to purchase your bounce house wrist band. You will still be able to purchase tickets at the event.

The Blackhawks is a non-profit girls travel softball organization that was founded in 2012.  It's homebase is located out of Findlay, OH.  However we have coaches, teams and athletes across the Northwest Ohio areas.

Blackhawks is dedicated to teaching fundamentals and life skills through good sportsmanship, leadership, positive coaching and peer and parent communication.

Thanks to our sponsors T-Fiber, Sanoh America and Sheetz, we will lighting up the night sky a little differently this year with a drone show.  After you enjoy the glow of the hot air balloons, turn your eyes to the night sky over Emory Adams Park to enjoy a 200 character drone show.  The drone show will be on Friday, August 7th after the glow encounter.  Rain date will be on Saturday, but we know we'll have amazing weather this year!  We can't wait to being this show the all of you and get  lit at this year's flag city balloonfest!
